I recently had some wind damage to the shingles of my roof and was fortunate to find this company. Their representative Connor Freiberger, and his associate Austin made a prompt trip out to my house the very day that I first called their company Allied Exteriors. They came totally prepared to get up on my roof and replace the five shingles that had blown off earlier in the week. Their quick and thorough action no doubt prevented further damage to my house from an approaching rain storm, and their charges were more than fair. I will definitely contact them again for any future roof repairs that I might need. You both give your company a good reputation, and I am happy to recommend you to others in need of quality roof repairs.

They made the insurance claim process a piece of cake. Highly recommended!

Connor and Austin were amazing! Young & motivated and very responsive. We had a weather delay and they were quick to reach out ahead of time to set up a new date. It was for a commercial property (some of the businesses are open on weekends) so they made arrangements on coming out on days that worked best for them so there wasn’t any interference with their businesses. Connor made sure to send pictures of each step of the process and I couldn’t be happier, the pictures speak for themselves. Great job at clean up as well! He found the cause I was able to take care of that day.Not that would go out of their way to help people, but I certainly would use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Allied exterior is the absolute best. I would recommend them to any and everyone. They were very knowledgeable, thorough dependable, and on time. The work was simply outstanding. They walk me through every step of the way. They helped me with getting my claim through my insurance company without any hesitation. They answer every question I had. They even brought samples of shingles for me to choose from. They work with me on the budget. They protected my residence from any dirt debris or nails. It was as if they were never there When the work was finished. They cleaned my yard driveway, deck, and front steps after completion of work. They are simply the best.

Allied Exteriors went above and beyond by coming out on a Saturday and replacing the trim on my chimney. No issues from introduction, to estimate, to completion of the work. Nathaniel, Austin, and their work crew were the best. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Polite and clean crew. Austin was hands-on the entire time and sent a lot of progress pictures so I knew everything was done correctly as far as flashing and sealing. They worked quickly and efficiently but still took the time to clean up afterwards. I will definitely reach out to them again for my next roofing related job.

The short version of this is that if I could give Allied Exteriors 20 stars, I would. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with a different roofing company. These GUYs at the other ROOFING company charged me thousands of dollars, didn't fix my issue, had the fact that there was no warranty on their repair work hidden deep in their contract that I didn't receive until after the payment was made, then wanted to charge thousands more to come back and fix the "other problem" they claimed was present. Enter Austin from Allied. Austin came out to my house, climbed on my roof, marked up the areas where there were nail holes and gashes in the shingles, took pictures for me to see, gave me a thorough explanation of what had happened, why, after the previous company's repairs, I didn't see a repeat of my issue for 6 months, and implemented a temporary solution to ensure that his estimation of the root cause was correct. And he did all of these things as a part of the free estimate. After the next rain storm that came through, Austin reached out to me ON THE WEEKEND, to see how things looked regarding my issue. Now THAT is customer service! I was happy to tell him that the temporary solution he implemented worked perfectly, and he scheduled the time for the full repair. The repair was completed in about an hour, and his fee was about a tenth of what the other GUYs were going to charge me for their SECOND repair. If I EVER need anything that Allied offers a service for, there is absolutely ZERO doubt that I will be saving my time and money by calling them first. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!!

I was so happy to have worked with Austin. He was very transparent in his communication with and a really cool guy, he came out on a Saturday for consultation and my entire roof was completed on a Thursday afternoon, throughout the week he communicated with me on every step of the process. During the time his crew worked on the roof, he kept me up to date with photos and video throughout the day from the very start until when the last shinge was put on. For all that was done, the price was well worth the overall experience in working this company. I could go on and on about how pleased with the decision I made to go with them. This has been a best in class experience! I heard a dripping noise from inside my attic. When i opened it water just came pouring out. I reached out to a friend who got me in contact with Austin Gilbert. Austin reached out to me right away and was able to come out and see what was going on same day. While he was inspecting the roof looking for a leak he found part of my roof was buckled as well. Austin and his team came out next day and got everything fixed.
